General LLC startup includes: Establish an LLC with the Secretary of State to obtain Certificate and Articles of Organization. Obtain an FEIN. Prepare or submit your business license application. Establish a State Sales & Use account, a county tax account, a gmail email and a Quickbooks subscription. This does not include any Quickbooks' subscriptions, filing fees, application fees, or other fees required. A credit card on file will be needed for billable items.

- Vacation Home Rental Businesses: Prepare accounts and licensing for vacation rental businesses. Manage and monitor rentals on rental websites through our management company at Mountain Lakes Mgmt, LLC.

- Bookkeeping: Monitor business transactions and Quickbooks subscriptions. Other software can be considered.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements to Payables & Receivables.
- Bills: Manage and send invoices and process payments.
- Contractor and Payroll: Process W-2s, W-9s, 1099s. Process payroll via Quickbooks. Other accounting software considered, but may be an additional expense depending on the service used.

- Hourly rates for bookkeeping services: Services start at $75 p/hr. First phone consult is free. Other rates may apply for certain services.
- Reporting: Prepare financial reports for banking setup and business applications.
- Tax Prep: Prepare personal and business financial reports for your Tax Accountant. We can also file simple tax returns for personal and some small businesses via paper or e-file. We would need to first determine the complexity of your return needed before preparing any tax returns.
- Certification: We are QuickBooks Certified. Certification in Paralegal Studies at UGA. Bookkeeping management since 2015.
